Do you have a physical store I can visit? …………..We are currently an only ecommerce store only and do not operate a store where potential customers can visit.
Where do your watches come from?………… As is the case with most goods now, the majority of our watches are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers in China, and shipped direct to customers.
What warranty do the watches come with?……….All watches come with a minimum 1 year international manufacturer warranty. Others may come with a 2 year international manufacturer warranty. Those that only come with a 1 year warranty, will also be supported by our own in house warranty for one year, bringing total warranty period up to 2 years.
What payment methods do you accept? ……..We use woopayments which accept most credit cards, Gpay and ApplePay.
How long will delivery take?………. Delivery will generally take 1-4 weeks.
Do I have to pay customs fees etc?……………Yes, the customer will be responsible for any customs fees and taxes
